PARTY PREPARATION

If your child is a fan of dinosaurs, throw an original, memorable birthday party for a small group of invited children (5-10 people), close in age (4-6 years). Here is an example of a party scenario in the style of the TURBOZAURS cartoon series, which you can organize yourself, without hiring professional entertainers.

You can also make it a game-party without a special occasion, since kids live in play. It is important that the games at the party are organized, friendly, in the spirit of healthy competition and educational. Together with their favorite characters — it becomes a fun and unobtrusive way of learning through play!

Venue:

A spacious room or an outdoor area in warm weather.

Decorations:

Start your preparation by making a guest list and invitations. Together with your child, create colorful invitations that will help set the festive mood.

Use bright balloons and festive disposable tableware and gift wrapping paper in Turbozaurs colors featuring the characters' faces.

Costumes for children: Turbozaurs masks — you can make them as cut-out masks with eye holes and an elastic band, or glue the mask onto thick paper and a headband to make hats that don't cover the children's faces, which is more convenient for a party. You can arrange in advance with the parents of the invited guests to dress the children in the colors of their chosen character.

You can also prepare video invitations using the Turbozaurs AR mask. Find them on the Viber platform here.

Prizes, Treats, and Gifts

Prepare themed treats and small prizes for the contests. Include sweets with images and toys of the cartoon characters.

At the end of the party, each child should receive a gift as a memento. This could be, for example, a chocolate egg with a Turbozaurs figurine and a sweet box with gummies and a toy car.

PARTY SCENARIO — TURBOZAURS' FAVORITE GAMES

Ideas for contests and games (it's good to alternate contests where winners receive prizes with games where everyone just has fun and prizes are optional).

The party host should be familiar with the characters and key storylines of the cartoon. Let's play the FAVORITE GAMES OF THE TURBOZAURS!

Game: "One, Two, Three — Find the Dinosaur's Color!":

  • Each Turbozaur has its own color and pattern! The host will say each time: "One, two, three! What color is dinosaur (name)? Find that color!" (Then the host shows the named Turbozaur.) The children's task is to recognize it by name and appearance, name the type of dinosaur and the vehicle it transforms into, then find the same color in the room and touch it. They should try to find as many shades of that color as possible. After the children find the colors of each Turbozaur, the host tells them some fun facts about it. You can find these facts about each Turbozaur here.

Contest: "Tracks of Unknown Creatures"

  • The goal of the contest: identify from drawings (or photographs) who left tracks in the snow (rabbit, wolf, fox, crow, squirrel, bear). Include drawings of Turbozaurs' tracks as well.

Game: "Pick a Turbozaur and Do the Action"

  • Print Turbozaurs pictures on thick paper (you can use the cupcake topper templates) and put them in a bag (or hat). On the back of each picture, write an action. Each participant picks a Turbozaur by feel and must perform the given action. Come up with funny actions your guests can do, include something they can talk about. Examples: "Tell us about your hobby", "Dance like Do dances", "Show how Zer flies", "Tell us what Anky loves to eat / what you love to eat", "Imitate how Hippolytus talks", etc.

Contest: "Turbozaurs Build"

  • Seat the participants in a circle (on the floor or at a kids' table). Pour LEGO bricks into the center in equal amounts of each color. Each participant chooses the color of their Turbozaur. On the host's command, everyone starts picking and stacking only the bricks of their color. The winner is the one who collects all their bricks first.

  • As a continuation or alternative version of this contest: build something out of LEGO that the Turbozaurs would build (for example, a bridge). Whoever builds the most accurate one in the least time wins. You can divide the children into two teams, or give individual tasks (prepare the building elements in advance).

Game: "Turbozaurs Go Fishing!"

  • Participants use a makeshift fishing rod to catch riddle cards from an aquarium (empty, without water) and solve them (you can use riddles on one topic, for example: "Toys", "Wild Animals", etc.). To "catch" the cards, glue a small magnet on one side of each card. The fishing rod can be made from any sturdy stick with a string and a magnet attached, or you can use ready-made fishing rods from children's games.

Contest: "Whose Truck Is Faster"

  • Prepare two toy trucks in advance, attach long ribbons to them, and wind the ribbons around two sticks (you can use pencils). The participants stand at the same starting line, the ribbons are unwound, and they hold the sticks. The trucks, on the stretched ribbons, are placed at the other end of the room. On the host's command, the participants must wind the ribbons onto the sticks. Whose truck arrives first — wins the contest!

At the end of the party, it's usually good to offer calm activities. For example, give the children pencils and coloring pages with cartoon characters, or offer them puzzles or a Turbozaurs board game.

And of course, offer the children some episodes of the Turbozaurs cartoon: official channel TURBOZAURS
